Visual Presentation: We make every effort to display the colors, fabrics, and details of our premium clothing collections as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may slightly vary due to studio lighting or individual monitor/display settings.
Pricing: All prices listed on our platform are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include delivery charges unless stated otherwise during a promotional campaign.
Stock Availability: Products are subject to availability. In the event an item goes out of stock after order placement, we will notify you promptly and process a full refund (if prepaid).
Order Confirmation: Once you place an order via our website or Facebook page, our team will verify the details via a phone call or SMS before dispatching.
Delivery Timeline: * Inside Dhaka: 2–3 working days.
Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days.
Note: Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to political situations, natural calamities, or courier logistics issues.
Inspection on Delivery: Customers are highly advised to inspect the package in front of the delivery agent. If there is a noticeable sizing issue or visible defect, please return it instantly through the rider.
